Hi guys

I have inherited a box chock full of metal minis but I have no idea who they are made by. Using some Googlefoo I think I have established that they are made by Crusader Miniatures but am not entirely sure. Does anyone recognise these at all?
They seem to be historical and are a mixture of modern day and ancient time. There is a Xena and a Gabrielle model as well.

Thank you!

Would adding more photos help? There are about 200 of the dudes in total.

More photoscertainly would but you may be better off on TMP (The Miniatures Page) or Lead Adventure or another historical forum.

He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

I’m going to stick my neck out and suggest that they are Prince August cast-your-own minis, there just something about the sculpting that reminds me of distant childhood memories of such things. No idea what lines it could be, looks like a mix of knights, elves, Saxons and 19th/20th century German infantry?

Are there marking on the bottom of the base to indicate year of manufacture or company?

Hi Guys!

Sorry for the late reply. I've moved house so everything is a bit higgledy piggledy. I will have a look at the bases when I find the box these guys are in. Some do have ID's on them but googling these did not seem to give any info.

I'll put some more detail up asap.
