I like the idea of some long range firepower and artillery. I'd even swap out the Skaven for some Nurglings.

It's decidedly sub-par for the point cost but if you play against a lot of horde enemies it can be worth it. Note that it will be very inconsistent however, so don't count on it doing anything in a given turn.

Anecdotally: mine never seem to make their points back, and make me wish I’d just brought more drones...
