Hey Guys so I'm interested in doing an airbrush course as id love to be able to paint minis with the airbrush from start to finish and wanted to know if anyone knew of any in the UK or had any experience of going on any. I'm particularly interested if there are any in the Midlands.
Thanks all
Cullz

Awaken Realms as well as Buy Painted both have YouTube channels with painting tutorials. And, both use an airbrush for the vast majority of their painting. Usually the only things they use brushes for are edge highlights. I'd say definitely give them a look. There is a lot that can be learned from them. I honestly think Buy Painted has several airbrushes that he uses (from very fine detail airbrushes for detail work to wide open airbrushes for priming and basing). If I'm not mistaken, though, I think Awaken Realms just uses either a .20 or .25 airbrush for everything (even though they own several, they seem to prefer just the one). Hope that helps some SG

There is a guy named Caleb wisenbeck and a girl named Kat Jackson that have a class, they run a studio called CK studios, and they travel all over the world to teach painting classes. I'd they are in your neck of the woods take their airbrush 101 class it's like 250 usd but it is an amazing class.

Whilst not specific to exclusively airbrushing, the Siege Studios EMC is brilliant value for money and I can't recommend it highly enough having done one myself recently.

Rik I had looked at that but wasnt sure how much time they would spend on the airbrush or how in depth they would go into with it

I'd say 1/4 to 1/3 of it is relevant to airbrushing, I'd say I'm an above average painter and I learnt a lot from the entire course. None of it was time wasted.
