Just as it says on the title, can forgeworld Knights be Questor Mechanicus allegiance? Rules As Written, they just have the Questor Imperialis keyword plain and simple. The Imperial Knights codex however lets you pick either one for each knight.

How would you play it? Forgeworld is certainly not rushing to FAQ anything, so they probably won't issue an official ruling on this for another few months or years.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?

THIS!
Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your view point, its RAW until changed. I could see it going either way but I would lean towards house ruling it to the codex way but as of now you need to ask your opponent/TO.

Haven't FW said they will be releasing a faq at some point? If I were you I would submit this as a question to GW/FW and see what they say.

Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

At the moment you can't even use the FW Knights in the codex, can't you?

Right now it's a bad situation because GW didn't account for FW knights in the codex. We have to wait for Forge World to update their rules, either by copying them wholesale or issuing an errata saying "Use these bits of the Knight Codex".

I mean I'd expect all they would need to FAQ is to say:

Knight Styrix, Knight Magaera, Knight Poryphyron, Knight Lancer, Knight Castigator, Etc Etc:

-replace Questor Imperiais with Questor Allegiance, rules same as Knight Codex
-all gain the Imperial Knights keyword
-all gain the Questoris Class keyword

bam done?
