I would start with lighter tone for the first spray to serve as underlayer for the green spray. Biel-tan green is closer to salamanders green than dark angels green, and I'm afraid black to green sequence will make your greens much darker, unlesz that's exactly what youre going for.
Army painter green and Citadel freen is more or less same in terms of shade, but the greater coverage from citadel will make army painter seem lighter by comparison.
Also, if youre looking to use the green as a layer of paint rather than primer, citadel is the way to go. Get army painter black and citadel green. Army painter is a primer while citadel is just spray-on acrylic paint.
