If i deny a psychic test with the brass collar of borg can i use the chaos daemons stratagem to make them take 2d3 damage (warp possession?) For periling?

If i use the world eater stratagem to cancel a psychic test and the model i picked was wearing the collar would the enemy still peril? And could i use the daemon stratagem?

on the other hand Nobz they decided it was in the best interest of ork society that they "Go Green" as such they specifically modified their warbikes to not make giant smoke, dust, grit, clouds. Instead they are all about driving with clean air, one might say their bikes Gak out rainbows.

I can't see why not.

Brass collar.
Can atempt to deny one psychic power and if successful immediately suffer perils of the warp.

Daemon possesion.
Use when an enemy psyker suffer Perils of the warp and lose 2D3 instead of D3 Mortal wounds.

i did not type every word but i can't find any restriction so you should be able to.

And thanks for asking, this i might be using too.

When you use the stratagem you do not pick a model, but you do need to have at least one within 24" in order to use it. The stratagem is not a deny the witch test, it's just a 4+ chance to negate the spell. I don't believe that it counts as a deny.

The collar itself says to make a deny the witch roll. So if successful then the power has been denied and the caster suffers a perils of the warp. The daemonic stratagem just requires a perils of the warp to take effect. It works as a combo and I have suffered just this combo.
