Thanks for help, but i dont think its obligator.
Yes, its a obligator armor, but its a bit different from regular obligator.
Here is a pictue comparison of the 2 different 3rd edition obligator.
The head, guns and there is a cannon on his belly.

Also the reason he looks suitably different from later versions is that the original Obliterator fluff was that they were warped Techmarines who got way too heavy into their hobby.

Always good with some fluff I have ordered the Chaos Space Marines codex, when i get that i will be reading more about Obliterator.
