Thanks , I am especially proud of the Consecrators chapter logo as it is a printed transfer.

Really cool as it means I can print some cool stuff to use on banners etc

Very nice! Did you sculpt those scrolls on its leg plates (the thing that says Extremis, can't think of the right word atm), or are those from a kit of some sort?

They are flat scrolls from some space marine vehicle kit, can't remember which one at the moment. I bent them very gently as they are plastic and then used superglue to stick them to the resin of the FW model

Looks really good - don't think I like the random DA/BA logos etc., and I think your gold paint is applied really really heavy - but the rest looks pretty darn good.

Maybe the gold is a touch heavy, maybe 5 thin coats not two lol.

Random BA logos?? Where?

The DA logos are quite deliberate as the Consecrators chapter venerates the Lion and has access to ancient DA weapon and equipment. Therefore I imagined that they would leave some DA iconography to appease and venerate the 1st legion and the machine spirits of the ancient weapons and equipment.

Well, that is my headcanon for the chapter

Yep, that's how I view them too. I did a Consecrator in my Deathwatch, and made a point of giving him a few DA bits for added character.

They're a cool chapter, and it's great to see a Leviathan in their colours. Some of the paint looks a bit thick, as has been said, but then I'm not sure if it's the high resolution photo making it look worse (oh so often I find that a model that looks great in person is ruined by the camera!).

I really like the green on the siege claw, and the custom decal turned out great.

Thanks, and yes I blame the high resolution for the thick looking paint.......... not the fact that I'm a slapdash painter!!

I had lost of fun coming up with the paint scheme for the Leviathan. He has the red stripe and black armour and then a bone head as the Deathwing equivalent, that I call the Deathwind, in the Consecrators just have bone helmets

Nice, Consecrators are really cool! They got a ton of the Dark Angel Legion's relics, right? Makes sense they would have a Leviathan.

Very nice! The scratches on the black parts where the metal is shining through are looking really realistic and natural!

Yeah that's why I chose them, its fun making a 40k army with as much ancient tech as I can find 40k rules for, next is a relic contemptor with conversion beamer, graviton gun and chainfist
