So I made 6000 points of orks and I want to rebase them with none GW bases. Cause I glued them plastic o don't want to destroy them wants the easiest way to rip them off the base without destroying the model.

A precise cut where the legs and the base meet has always done the trick for me. It may take some time though with that many models.

I may depend on how they were put together. Heavy super glue or plastic cement may not give at all, but a stiff, sharp utility blade should separate PVA or light super glue easily.

A separate but related note: I recommend paint stirrers and PVA glue to mount dozens of bases for mass production, and it sounds like you might have quite a few to paint... I did this in my P&M blog if you want. Good luck!
