I think you have too much flash in the list and not enough bodies. I don't think you need 3 Troupe Masters in the Battalion and would only consider adding a second one if I had 4 or more Troupes. I don't feel the 3 Jester vanguard is all that competitive. You might be better off spending a CP for a lone jester in auxilliary detachment with Curtainfall. I'd rather add 3 more Skyweavers and take an Outrider detachment.

The battalion is fine.
However, the second detachment needs rethinking. As said, you have too less bodies.
There is better shooty support out there.
You could also consider a CW or Drukhari detachment.

I tweaked the army some removing a Troop Master and 2 Death Jesters.
Giving me enough points to add in 6 additional Troupes!!
Let me know how this stacks up.
1992 PTS, 7CP after spending 1 for the AUX.

Also..... What are the thoughts on the Skyweavers? 1 unit of 6 or 2 units of 3?

I would actually save yourself the CP spent on the Auxilliary detachment by making your Batallion Dreaming Shadow rather than Soaring Spite.

Since most of your units are packing strong guns with Haywire or Fusion, getting that extra shot out of them will likely perform better for you.

I'd also probably remove the Troop Master from the Frozen Stars patrol. Assuming you are planning to Twilight Pathways the foot Troupe up the board, the Troop Master will not be able to keep up making it a bit of a waste.

Well, I'd consider the army in the first post and add a heavy support detachment with Voidweavers.
Alternatively, a detachment with Ravagers or Dark Reapers/Fire Prisms would be viable.
