I wanted to have a very fast and lethal army with a lot of command points to use. I haven’t used Dark Eldar or harlequins before but they proved to be good for getting the command points. While not sacrificing lethality or speed. Keeping in the theme of Saim hann. The idea is to deploy massive speed to concentrate firepower in one part of the board at a time and utterly annihilate whatever is there. Then do the same in following turns. Everything has an invuln save pretty much and high speed and lethality.

Any advice to make it better would be appreciated. Since I’m not familiar with harlequin or Dark Eldar strategems or tactics too much. I figure I can rush up and try to kill all the big scary stuff with fusion pistol/blaster/disintegrator drive bys. and Charge whatever is left in that part of the table. Then next turn do it again.

The Archon batalion isn't mixed. Don't know why it says it is. If you drop 2 warrios out of each warrior squad you can put them in venoms. Cheeper and harder to hit. Just an Idea.

Your shining spears need exarchs with star lances. The exarch upgrade is free, and the star lance is cheap for such an improvement
