This is my take on an Armageddon Steel Legion List. My infantry will be aboard the Chimeras. I will have the company commanders and lord commissars in those Chimeras as well. I will be relying on the mobile command stratagem for orders, probably. Lord Commissars act as melee beatsticks. The tank commander is the warlord because I didn’t want to have to worry about the company commander not being on the field when he is in transport. The Leman Russes will be bring the heavy firepower. I chose the Baneblade as it is the all-rounder. I only own a couple of commissars. I think this would be easy to put together. Just get three Start Collecting boxes, the four Chimeras, one more guardsman squad, and the Baneblade.
This isn’t a full LRBT list, so I don’t think too many people will get that butthurt.
This is just theoretical, so I’m open to most all criticism.

I would drop the vox-network. You'll quickly discover that you are never out of range for orders especially with only 4x Infantry Squads that are backed up by 3x Company Commanders. I would lose the Track Guards on the Chimeras, too. They seem good on paper, but Chimeras don't degrade quickly and chances are they've already done their job by the time Track Guards become useful. In my experience, the best load out for Chimeras is twin heavy flamer and storm bolter. They're going to be moving and they're going to be close to your opponent. Having a bunch of baby Hellhounds running around is very troublesome.
I would caution against hanging your warlord trait on a Tank Commander and an Executioner at that. You will likely give up Slay the Warlord very easily every game. Eradicators aren't bad, but they're certainly not good. For roughly the same points you can take Battle Tanks instead. Sure, you lose ignores cover (whatever), but you gain S8, which is way way better than S6 in pretty much every circumstance.
I wouldn't consider Lord Commissars beat sticks. If you want beat sticks, get some Bullgryns. Lord Commissars aren't horrible, but they aren't cheap and any assault unit from any other codex will murder them quite effectively.
I hope this helps!

Hey there, your list seems good, nice to meet another steel legions player (I have fully mechanized company with 10 chimeras). Unfortunately, chimeras are overcosted, especially with 2x heavy flamer (although that is the most efficient build for them). A few recommended points;
- commissars are not that good at close combat, consider adding some bullgryns, or even CC dedicated marines
- tank commanders are target priority for enemy, especially when they also farm you command points. Psyker can give you more protection, or just simply change your warlord for Company Commander.
- maybe change those eradicator for basic battle tank, to get more dedicated tank hunter (only your Baneblade has enough at-shooting)
