The business model is you buy a complete deck that is unique from anyone else's.
No deck building. Just you and whatever cards happened to have been packed in your deck at the factory.

If you happen to buy a dud deck, I guess it's no different than buying 3-4 boosters that didn't pan out.
But at $10 a pop for a grab bag and an intentional appeal to players who don't want to deck build/shutting out deck building fans...
