Im looking for some clarification on the interaction between two stratagems. So if I use the Infoslave skull stratagem (run of the mill interceptor stratagem) which allows me to shoot at a deepstriked unit “as if it was the shooting phase” can I then use the Protector doctrine stratagem to get a +2 to hit bonus for my shooting unit?

RAW no as the Protector Doctrina Imperative specifically states it must be used in the shooting phase. If you’re attacking a unit your opponent is deepstriking it’s their movement phase

This is the correct answer. Acting "as if" it is a phase is not good enough for effects that only work in a specific phase.
