“Victory is not an abstract concept, it is the equation that sits at the heart of strategy. Victory is the will to expend lives and munitions in attack, overmatching the defenders’reserves of manpower and ordnance. As long as my Iron Warriors are willing to pay any price in pursuit of victory, we shall never be defeated.” - The Primarch Perturabo, Master of the Iron Warriors

If I recall correctly, there was never a published 7th edition update for Imperial Armour, so I believe you're stuck with Imperial Armour - Apocalypse (2013), released for 6th edition. If the rules for the Omega aren't in there, then it'll be Imperial Armour - Apocalypse (Second Edition) and I'm pretty sure that's designed for 5th edition.

They're in the most recent edition of IA: Apocalyse. I believe it's the edition with the Chaos Reaver on the cover, but check before you buy anything.
