Sorry for this terrible question but i get pretty confused with the battleforged rules what counts, what doesn't.

Can I take FW contemptor dreadnought, or rapiers in a T.S. battalion and still keep the BoS rules? I have open slots for them so im not trying to run more then the allotted slots.

If you mean the Hellforged Contemptor Dreadnought and Hellforged Rapier Battery, then yes, you may. This is because they have the <LEGION> Keyword, which can be replaced by THOUSAND SONS (confirmed by the FAQ), and thus the detachment meets the criteria for keeping BoS.

Keep in mind that you can't play silly buggers with the <MARK OF CHAOS> (again as confirmed by FAQ). If you want them to be THOUSAND SONS, they must also be TZEENTCH.

Ok read the FAQ. It says i cant take the hellforged rapier battery . looks like DG and TS cant use them but WE and EC can.
