Chewbacca doesn't seem that great on a ship that isn't generating extra Focus in any way. With a 2-ship list you're going to be taking fire consistently on each of your ships and Fett will probably be the primary target so I think you'll be spending your Focus most rounds. Veteran Tail Gunner is fine but it's probably worth monitoring how often you get his effect.
Asajj seems OK. Maybe a Rigged Cargo Chute would be a good addition here. You'll want to monitor how often Heightened Perception is useful too. Asajj already has an ability that forces her to spend a Force point so having another on top of that might not be the best idea.
Most of the feedback I've been seeing about 2nd edition is suggesting that taking lots of upgrades is often not worth it now. There are definitely far fewer useful upgrades in the game now. 2-ship lists are also struggling a bit, from what I've seen, as everything dies quickly due to a lack of hyper defensive mods. For example, Asajj went from a guaranteed 2 Evades a turn in most cases, plus a turn or two of infinite Focus from Glitterstim, to no guarantee at all while also trading shields for hull, making her more susceptible to crits. Not saying a 2-ship list can't work but I think it might be at a disadvantage.

I was pretty much just trying to shoehorn in what I loved in 1 with the new mechanics of 2 (ie. force, hence Ventress). With those two options (or with Eval) it doesn't leave many points for any more ships so I think this is back to the drawing board.
