Hi everyone, been a fan of 40k lore, books, and video games for probably 15 years, and finally decided to play. Got Dark Imperium and have been building and painting the models in there, and having fun. Read the rule book, and also the BA Codex because I have always been a fan. Tried a few basic games on the kitchen table but still trying to get the hang of everything. A little nervous about showing up at the FLGS once I have finished a small army. G'day! Welcome to Dakka and to the hobby! Although it sounds as though you're pretty familiar with the world of Warhammer already. You've got a pretty good start with the Dark Imperium box set. Have you painted up your Primaris as Blood Angels?
