Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I need a link to a recommendation for a Tzeentch daemon prince. I know there is one on the painting blogs right now but I do not like that model.

I will entertain recommendations for scratchbuild or to properly Tzeentch-up a standard daemon prince model.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

This company is US based, but I see they now have UK and European outlets which will save on shipping. They have a "Vulture Demon" but I like the "Lady of Arcana" myself. The "Lady of Anguish" is an interesting model, but not Tzeentchian in appearance.

Thank you, i rather like the Lord of Metamorphis

Looks suitably ex-human.

Lots of options, I wish the body was not solid. I like the coat of wings but wish the tentacles beneath were looser and the model was raised up on them so it was half floating. Still a good effort.

How big is the current Lord of Change? I dont want the daemon prince to compete in stature.

You're welcome. As for the GW model, I don't know as I don't have one. Creature Caster got bookmarked because I liked the look of their demons, and I might need one eventually. However, none of my current armies need one. Since I backed Kings of War Vanguard, one KS bonus was an abyssal warband (sort of Undivided Chaos Demons), and if I choose to expand it for standard KoW tabletop, the Lady of Arcana will be my Demon Prince(ss).

Nice sculpts. Those are definitely closer to greater daemon scale than they are to daemon prince scale though. No way a model that big only has 8 wounds. The proper size for a daemon prince would be around the size of a dreadnought.

Some are bigger than others. The Lord of Metamorphis is shorter than most ans is on a half inch rock. If I buy I will take an oyamaru mold and recast the bottom half of the body piece and then place putty around the inside of the mold so the I can reconstruct the wings alone, saw the original in half afterwards and place the recast trailing lower edge of the wings underneath. Then fill the void with trails of tentacles and place on a low flying stand so that he floats.

The main body from head to "foot" is about 4", within tolerances for a daemon prince under current imaginings.

Here is my Nurgle daemon prince:
