So, we have a thread for what you’re doing and what you’ve bought - why not a thread on what you’ve got to do? Go ahead and list those things that are sitting about waiting to get done (and perhaps why or your plans), and come back and update us on when you manage to get to it (and mayhaps the result...). Perhaps making a list of to-dos will inspire you and/or others to crack the whip on getting to their backlog down.

Actually looking at that, it doesn't look too bad actually. I still need to get Reivers (looking at building 5 of the melee and 5 of the shooty guys), a Chaplain, an Apothecary and some extra kits to build variant models so I have more options in my collection (and a bigger force to bring for Apoc style games). The FW tank is definitely on the list as well, and I keep arguing with myself over if I should get Dorn and use him as Guilliman, or perhaps to make a cool Imperial Statue terrain bit I can take in my list now and then for fun.

I've been repainting my Sisters, so there are a great many of them who are poorly painted or disassembled and in the process of being repainted.

40k wise:
1) Finish adding new bits to my Space Wolves
2) Get those new SW additions & bits primed/painted up
3) Get in a game

As I get back into 40k & pull additional armies out of storage I expect my backlog will grow.

For Flames of War:
1) Assemble the 2nd 1/2 of an Israeli/Jordanian force. (The two lists can be built use 90% of the same models )
Assemble a few pieces from the 'Nam Anzac list so that that Israeli/Jordanian can now pull triple duty merely by swapping out a few models.
Get this force painted up in some generic desert scheme - I'm really just aiming for "Generic army men" here rather than I/J/AnZ. So no flags/nation specific markings - except on the swappable pieces that only fit with 1 list.

2) Get around to building a small mountain of early war Germans I picked up cheap awhile back. We don't play early war often enough to have made these guys a priority. And when we do I prefer to field Australians/British. But we keep increasingly talking about doing a campaign that spans early, mid, & late war - & for that I'll need 1 army that spans all 3 periods. Since I'm already sitting on a stock pile of what I need to expand my mid/late Germans....

It’s bad. I’ve got probably 2k points of Tau unpainted, maybe more.

Something like that. Chaos and Eldar are on super back burner, I have 5-6K of Chaos painted, and it's not a main army, so there's no rush to add anything. I haven't committed to playing Eldar, so no rush there either. I just did a sprint on my marines, so I can take a break on those for now.

But Nids are the army I'm going to commit to improving my play with for the next little while, and my current painted collection is limited. Soo, lots of Gants, Stealers, Tyrants and Hive Guard in my Future. And also more Warriors, because 63 isn't enough.

Painting: A demi-Company of Blood raven Primaris Marines I've been working on on and off since DI came out, and a TON of space Wolves stuff

40k for me is on hold until we get a look at the chapter approved. I'm really hoping for changes to crisis suits otherwise I'll shelve them in favour of some XV9s (unless those get butchered too) then I'll build a night lords army.

- 2x HRR broadsides need to be assembled
- 1x HYMP broadside needs to be painted
- 1x commander needs to be painted and have the weapon loadout replaced
- 6x crisis suits may need to be painted based on upcoming changes

What I'd really like is for inquisition/agents to get their own codex or at least more fleshed out rules like official stormtrooper troops. If that were to happen then my project would be an inquisition force using solar auxilia.

In the meantime I have a 1/350 IJN Nagato to start working on.
