Basically what the question says. I've seen plenty of fluff for ork warbosses leading waaghs but i haven't found a single example of a freeboota leading one. closest i can find is a few of them essentially serving as mercenries for more standard warbosses.

Basically if a Kaptain got big enough with enough boyz to start a proper Waaagh then the more typical freeboota pirating behavior is going to start to look more like typically orky raiding, pillaging, and waaaghing. Kaptain Bluddflagg from Dawn of War 2: Retribution in the Ork campaign did quite the number on Subsector Aurelia and he was a freeboota. Not sure if he had enough boyz to be considered a proppa WAAAGH but he was a proper boss.
