Hey I'm building up BA army ahead of my first tournament and looking for some advice on what to buy / paint.

Things I don't already own are in [ ] so I'm flexible on these.

My current list I'm aiming toward is:

HQ
Slam Captain - 129
Librarian Dread - 172
[Lemartes] - 129

Troops
Intercessors x5 - bolt rifles + aux GL - 91
Intercessors x5 - bolt rifles + aux GL - 91
Scouts x5 - bolters + storm bolter - 57

Elites
Death Company X10 - 2x thunder hammers - 232
[Death Company X10 - 2x thunder hammers] - 232

Flyers
Storm raven - twin multi-melta + twin Las + hurricane bolters - 358
[Storm raven - twin multi-melta + twin Las + hurricane bolters] - 358

One DC on board in case I get first turn for forlorn fury. Other in reserve with lemartes. Slam captain possibly in reserve depending on my opponents deployment.

Any advice on what I should be changing (painting time amd money allowing) ahead of the tournament would be much appreciated!

It looks like a solid start.
Lemartes is a must-have if you run a DC.
Without a second Stormraven your army lacks anti-tank.
