I've heard rumours of a Khorne/Worldeaters codex coming out. Just rumours?

Another CSM/Khorne query- according to FAQs if your Legion keyword is Worldeaters, berserkers can be troops. Is a Khorne warband Worldeaters Legion by default?
I.e if my warband was Wrath, which is not explicitly stated to be from the Worldeaters, would I therefore be restricted to using berserkers as elites?
Seems an odd distinction.

No, depend only of you Legion Trait. You can have a Nightlord army with only Khorn mark for eg.

Sure, a different Legion definitely can't be Worldeaters, even with the mark of Khorne. But an undefined Khorne warband can be Worldeaters or not, just depending on the fluff.
I'm not using CPs yet so I guess it doesn't really matter yet. And I'm building my army by collecting models I like and giving them weapons I think are cool so I don't really care.
Might mean strictly speaking my force can't be Battle- forged.
