Hi all

I've been lurking on dakka for a while now and figured I should get around to introductions. I started building historical models as a young'n - airplanes and vehicles mostly. Around 2010 or so i discovered 40k and became hooked. The models looked really cool and i started to read the lore. I began collecting Imperial Guard/Astra Militarum and i find myself constantly revisiting old models and repainting them as my skills improve. I have bins of dark angle sm bits and a handful of ravenwing i bought off a user named popobates a while back. Sadly I have yet to get around to building or painting my many space marines. I like to follow the "rule of cool" to make awesome kit bashes and conversions however I also like to stick to "fluffy" paint schemes and WYSIWYG weapons and equipment options

My internet connection is spotty out where i live (middle of nowhere) and I'm pretty busy these days with work and school, however hopefully i will be able to put up some pics and share my progress with you all in other forums.

Cheers!!!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

Hello again,

Where would you recommend that I start posting? It will be mostly completed minis but I might also put up some progress updates and WIP pics. Would this fit more in the showcase or blog forum?

I would recommend a P&M Blog. They are a great way to keep motivated as well as show your progress
