I know custodians are strong compared to the rest of the meta so I tried to do something that still kept the models I like but wasn't super gamey.

I know the Orion isnt spectacular which I helps feels balance the list a lot as basically half the army is in reserves. I feel the Orion is at least survivable enough for one turn that it can deliver its payload. It's also just a cool model and when we get the Emperor I'd like to have an Orion for him to ride in.
