I read recently on Warhammer Community an article about stormhost a and it said one specialised in using Blades. This interested me but for the life of me I can’t find it again and I’ve had a good read, including their army book and can’t find the answer. Does anyone know which one it might be?

Celestial Vindicators are the blade specialists, in the 2nd Stormcast battletome their battalion gave a bonus to blade weapons specifically but unfortunately the latest version does not give any incentive :(
