I'm thinking of getting the box set of the Deathrattle Barrow Lords, however I was recently burned by Soul Wars, where the undead have been made ~50% larger (so they don't look ridiculous against the Sigmarines, i reckon). The knight on the etherial steed is particularly annoying, being MUCH larger than any cavalry unit I have. At least the weird ghost things don't look much like any of the skeletons I have, so it's less egregious.

Are the Deathrattle Barrow Lords also afflicted with the new +50% size curse of many GW AoS releases, or are they normal WHFB sized?

Thanks in advance!

I play...

Sigh.

Who am I kidding? I only paint these days...

Same models from WHFB so you are in the clear.

Also as a sidenote, the Nighthaunt in Soul Wars are supposed to be larger infantry--they are 32mm, equivalent to orcs or chaos warriors. The regular sized 25mm analogous to skeletons or zombies are the chainrasp hordes which are much smaller. For a regular sized cavalry hero out of Nighthaunt you would be looking at a dreadblade harrow.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
