Well, the combination of Harlies and CW flyers can be decent.
However, I'd drop some fusion pistols as they are expensive and might be overkill. Moreove, I' drop one Harlie unit incl. Starweaver and take some Skyweavers with haywire cannons for tank-hunting.

I would suggest the same :

Drop 1 troupe, 1 weaver and the death jester for 6 bikes with bolas and haywire.

And keep the bikes at a constant range of 24" from knights

But you will have trouble with the new Fly nerf and screening units like 40 cultists or poxwalkers.

Updated List: Do you think its worth paying for the zephyrglaves on the bikes or should I stick to the bolas and keeping them at long range, it only really costed 1 fusion pistol off of each squad which seemed to be overkill anyway.

Yeah, that's a pretty solid list and one I would run myself.

That's a LOT of fusion pistols bruh. You may want to build one in that can be a sacrificial lamb so you don't lose 29pts of models each time one of your troupes is killed. You ARE going to take some casualties. That being said don't drop any of the CC weapons. They're much more likely to use those than the FP's if they get shot out of the paper airplane they're in. Also not to preach but this list lends itself way more to soaring spites than Silent Shroud. If you're set on your troops being SS consider Soaring Spite detachment on the skyweavers as this allows them to move, advance and shoot with no -1 for advancing and firing an assault weapon. If you're giving them glaives then you want them in CC the turn they dump in your enemies face and therefore you want maximum damage turn 1.

The army is a one-hit wonder. Once your Harlie troupes reach cc, the enemy is either killed or will withdraw in the subsequent round leaving you in the open.
I've played a Harlie detachment in my CW army. This annoys me so that I have skipped Harlies from further games.

It seems pretty good but I think you might have serious trouble against hordes. While this list can and will bring the hurt to elite armies you probably won't have the raw fire power to kill 30 man units of ork boyz off the field. Also point capture is gonna b a pain. While you have a lot of speed you lack bodies and your airwing detachment can't actually capture points. I'm not saying they will b impossible to just know they won't or at least shouldn't come easy.

To revive a dead thread(apologies) this was my updated idea of the list after the very minor CA adjustment for Harlies. I figured one extra troupe with just melee for a little more flexibility/ threat while still retaining some bikes for the haywire goodness, but this list does have a lot of anti-tank so it seemed alright to downsize them.

I would drop the crimson hunter and take a gardener on bike, with doom and executioner and a minimum dire avenger squad or rangers.

The combo of doom and haywire is too good to pass up. Works well with fusion against T8 units as well.

I prefer the big unit of bikes personally.
