Is there anything in the Horus Heresy books showing that the Marines and Primarchs have slave coding? A quote showing it? Because a certain someone (DarknessEternal) said they have slave coding and that is how the Emperor forced the Word Bearers to kneel, not because of his power.

I would want someone who has read all of the Horus Heresy books and has legit knowledge on the matter to tell me if it is real. But I have read about 20 HH books and have never of such a thing. So "slave coding" is probably a bunch of bs, but I want to know

This subject has been bugging me, and I want to get it off my chest.

Half of the Legions and Primarchs rebelling makes it difficult for them to have a slave-coding.

yeah... this is just a touch obsessive now,

that said.. answer wise...

no there is no evidance, none, but it's certainly not outside the realm of the possiable that the emperor gene-engineered a weakness into the Space Marines, one he could take advantage of, and that chaos during the heresy managed to circumvent. I don't belive it myself but it'd certainly not be out of character for the emperor to include a kill switch.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

IMO that would've been used by the emperor as his last act or at least the custodes as soon as they found out about the daemon primarchs assuming the kill switches would still work. But then again he probably would've been less against the butchers nails if he at one point intended to kill off all the marines.

As with the previous locked topic, we do NOT publicly call out people like that.

Seeing as this is yet another rehash of a topic that's been discussed elsewhere extensively, locking.
