Feel like you’re pretty close to a brigade. If you dropped the hive guard for some spores and lictors you could make it. Oh and switch to 10 man gaunt units. Then go kraken (I think) for a fall back and charge again mayhem with your 9 fexes!!
I am also a fan of Brigades, though a double Battalion might work better for this build. As written the fexen are all " Gunfexen" so Jormondgandr, or Kronos might work better.
