Big blobs of 40 monks, which is generally better? I know when I can use the vermonlords command ability for +1 attacks it’ll be great to have staves, and when I can’t spread out that’s a few more attacks. But rerollable hits seems like the more reliable way to go. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences?

If it is less than 40-man, blades. If it is 40-man you have two questions:

-Are they getting bonus attacks?
-Are they getting charged more often than charging?

Yes to either of those questions and you want staves.
