Ever since reading the 2nd edition Imperial Guard codex I was really taken with the idea of creating a full Russ tank company.
I’m sure this will get smashed in short order by a competent enemy, without infantry support or hellhounds. But I wanted to go for the full ten tanks (plus commissar tank).
I may revise the list and instead have 1x tank commander per 2 leman russes by using the supreme command and spearhead detachments together (a commander for each squadron effectively) with my warlord tank being the company commander.

i'd not bother with demolishers.

I see the problem more along the line of you not having enough CP, then i remembered that you won't be needing that much of it. I guess going for 3 tank commanders instead would be an option, also probably one or two punishers for anti mob duty?

Yeah I’ve only gone with them to stay on theme with a complete tank company (the third squadron is a siege squadron normally).

I’ll make the Execuitoner tank commander Pask and remove the fairly useless augur array I think too.

With the CP, I could also make them into two separate spearhead detachments to at least get another bit of CP, will be relying heavily on Kurovs Aquilla and may also go for the warlord trait that does similar.

The commissar command tank is a punisher for anti infantry duty

Slightly updated. I’m not sold on the usefulness of the Executioner. I’d rather make it a vanquisher, but it’s just terrible it seems. Maybe it’d be slightly more worth it on Pask?
