Subject: Why are the U-Wing Pilots “Blue Squadron Scout” and “Partisan Renegade” the same cost?
I’ve only been playing for a bit but I can’t see why they are costed the same.
The only difference appears to be that the Partisan Renegade has a lower pilot skill. Surely one should be cheaper or the other should be more expensive?
Have I missed something?
We love what we love. Reason does not enter into it. In many ways, unwise love is the truest love. Anyone can love a thing because. That's as easy as putting a penny in your pocket. But to love something despite. To know the flaws and love them too. That is rare and pure and perfect.

PS 1 and 2 are pretty similar. PS1's are better blockers, while PS 2's can kill PS 1's before they shoot. There is maybe a half point advantage to PS 2, but having the option to take illicits cancels this out.

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios
Indeed. The ilicit slot is what is at play here. The difference between PS1 and 2 is totally canceled out by having another slot.
