Can I buy blue Styrofoam PRECISELY cut to size anywhere in the UK? I want 40 x squares of exactly 1 by 1 foot and 5cm or so depth for a modular gaming table (6 by 4 but with extra optional tiles for a river, beach and harbour port and trench system) and having them even 1mm out would be annoying.

I know it can be bought it big sheets of the stuff but I'd much much rather buy them precut from someone with the skills and tools (perhaps a laser or some kind of machine cutter) to do it neatly and accurately. I've tried googling and asking but not found anywhere that will yet so I thought I'd ask.

The only place I know of in the UK that sells styrofoam remotely close to what you require is this company> www.hobby.com. I think you will find it difficult to get squared stuff as most sheets are rectangular. They do sell cheap hot wire guns,if you use a steel ruler as a guide you could trim them to size?
