Basically a load of scary guns surrounded by a chaff bubble of 90 infantry (mostly fearless). The basis will eliminate the enemy's biggest threat with old grudges, and the main battle line of russes will rumble up, keeping the enemy at 30 inch range behind the consripts. Thoughts?

Who will be your warlord, and what trait? I am assuming the Valhallan

I was thinking the cadian with old grudges to allow the basilisks to nuke the nastiest threat off the board turn 1. He could hang with the punishers though if I wanted to shred a plaguebearer unit or something
