Isn’t Dystopian Wars coming back under new management? Sky Galleons of Mars, the tactical combat game for Space 1889 might work for you as well if you can find it.

Here are some I can think of.....

1. Aeronef-

2. Imperial Skies-
http://www.brigademodels.co.uk/ImperialSkies/index.html

3. Castles in the Sky-

There are probably others out there too but these are the ones I am most familiar with besides D-Wars and Leviathans.

Edit: I would be interested to know what you decide.

At least with Leviathans if you can find a good set of rules to use them with, you can still get British and french fleet packs on Amazon and Ebay, which are a Battleship, cruiser, and two escorts.

I really wanted to try to buy a reasonably priced copy of Leviathans, but with the scale the game works at (a few individual ships on the table, as opposed to games like BFG, Dystopian Wars and Firestorm Armada, which see whole squadrons of ships moving around) I found that Star Wars Armada scratches the itch pretty well.

Miniature Market has the Leviathans French Fleet marked down drastically for Black Friday. They also have the Crimson Skies fighter planes for $2 or $3 depending on which pack of four you want. Oh, and a bunch of All Quiet on the Martian Front minis. Might want to check those out, too.
