Considering starting and very slowly building an Idoneth Deepkin army. Figured I'd start with what will be my first HQ of a 1000 point army (all mounted warriors of some kind or another). I will probably be expanding it to 1250 points max (mainly because I want a Leviadon in the army). Anyway, which would you recommend since there is only 40 points difference between the two?

Thanks in advance!

Gathering the Informations.

Volturnos, unless you absolutely positively want to have the Bladed Polearm.

Same auras, same command ability--just it extends further and the Command Ability affects 3 units at a time rather than one.
And his sword is brutal.
