If a model with the Raiment of Sorrows is with in 6" of a Custodes that dies and that model makes an attack in close combat can that model make an extra attack with its Misericordia?

From Raiment: "...or make a single attack as if it were the fight phase..."

From Misericordia: " When this model fights, it may make 1 additional attack with this weapon unless using a storm shield"

Judging from the rules you provided, yes, you can use 2 attacks.

It depends on whether the game considers making a single attack "fighting". It can be argued both ways (due to GW sloppy writing). I personally would say there is a difference between making an attack and fighting, since fighting involves making attacks equal to your attack characteristic. Also, if you attack with the Misericodia, you're not making a "single attack as if it were the fight phase", so are breaking the rules of the stratagem.
