If I want to have for example 3 relics in my army, 1 thousand sons relic, 1 CSM relic and 1 chaos daemon relic all in their own battalion detachments, how many CP would that cost me?

The amount of CP the codexes says it costs. The stratagem is explicit on how much it costs when you take a single relic. Also keep in mind the first relic from your warlords faction is free.

Assuming that you've made your Warlord Thousand Sons, you'd get one free Thousand Sons relic, then have to pay the cost for a single use of the CSM Stratagem, and a single use of the Daemons stratagem.
