Subject: is there any place I can buy mounted Elrond and mounted Aragorn (Strider)?
Foot/mounted armored Elrond should be re-relased in December from what I understand.
Aragorn/Strider on horse, no idea. Your best bet is ebay or the Middle-earth trade groups on Facebook. He is also in the Warg Attack box set if you can find one for cheap (along with Theoden wearing light armor, Sharku, and some Warg Riders in metal)
The cheap way is to take a Rider of Rohan and convert with an Aragorn; this is what a lot of people do to make mounted Rangers.
