I've seen charts with silhouettes that include a variety of unit sizes, as well as some comparison photos of ork infantry, but how do the MegaNob, Kan, an Deff-Dread compare to each other in size? I'm planning to scratch-build my ork walkers (and since my army is grot-based, the meganobs are basically just tiny walkers), but I really have no idea how big to make them.

thanks!

This guy, for instance -- He's clearly to big for a Meganob, I'm guessing he's too big for a Kan, is he Dread sized or if I threw some shoulder mounted weapons or a crew platform up top would he start to approach 'naut size?

Ork Boy and Nob with ridiculous kombi-skorcha included for scale.

P.S. Those weapons are just random ones i tossed on there for the pic -- that harpoon is likely destined for a deffkilla war trike skiff.

Savannah

Didn't have a meganob to hand, but they're just nobz with more armor, so aren't much taller but are wider.

Thanks, Trimarius. This guy is a bit big for a dredd but he doesn't strike me as an 'orkanaut. If he stand on one leg and sort of tilts a bit like he's trying to stomp on something I think I can make him fit on a 60mm base, add a couple more arms, and call it good!
