Ive been on the hobby collecting and painting for over a year now, and recently has been announced an oficial ITC even next march in my city, so i desire to participate, so far this is the list i want to play, but im not sure how good they will performance in a ITC format i would apreciate any advise:

If you are set on taking a pbc then I would suggest making that second battalion DG. Would save a command point and all the helbrutes could move and fire heavy weapons without penalty. And a DG prince with the supparating plate is no joke!
