So I'm getting back into the hobby after about 15 years away and I'm dragging my girlfriend in as well thanks to Kill Team. She's decided to play Thousand Sons, and I was hoping to pick up a novel for her since she's unfamiliar with the background. I know they've published several novels in the 40k universe, but was hoping someone could recommend one that dealt specifically with the Thousand Sons. The shorter, the better, since I don't know how 'into it' she's going to be background-wise!

There is the Ahriman series, but, not exactly short.

There is also the audio book Key of Infinity. Not listened to it myself though.

Best option really for quick titbits, is just to pick up the codex and flick through the lore sections in there imo.

Yeah, I tried to pass her the old Codex Imperialis, but she seemed intimidated by it. I'll take a look at the Ahriman series. Thanks for the heads up!
