Not a fan of drab green on Marines, but DANG the execution is magnificent!
Really top notch work! Love the tiny scratches all over the models
How in the world do you get the Plasma effect to look that bright?

It’s really just that it’s the brightest part of the model. The centre of the glow is the only place where there is pure white paint

Note how he subtly darkens the area around the blue glow as well. Very clever and effective!
