I think he rocks. If you roll for your personality you can get some really interesting combos. I run mine with a deceiver and lord on command barge, they are my cc counterpunch to what ever gets near my warriors. Even killed a swarmlord once with him. Those powers are not to be ignored....

After CA I can't think of a reason to take the TCtan at 200 versus the already superior nightbringer at 180.

You can take 3x Transcendant, Nightbringer, Deceiver and something for HQ

Yep, no reason you cant take more than one. Deceiver and night bringer are both amazing, but transcendent make great back ups.
