Inspired by a project here https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/726181.page I somehow got the idea to make an all Elemental army in KoW using the Stormcast models

From past purchases I have the following core box models and no problem in converting them
2 Lord-Celestant auf Dracoth, 4 Lord-Relictor, 12 Retributors, 12 Prosecutors, 40 Liberators

Dracoth: Beast of Nature with Lightning
Liberators: Earth Elementals
Retributors: Fire or Water Elementals (both fit for the models but Fire as hard hitters will fit better next to Earth)
Prosecutors: Air Elementals or Talonriders (for the shooting option but this will break the theme)
Lord Relictor: Druid

The main theme will be around the 4 elementals but basic heads will be swapped with those https://puppetswar.eu/product.php?id_product=779 for a light Asgardian (Marvel) touch
Prosecutors will get "Lightning" spears and Retributors Lava Hammers or Fire Glaives (if I keep the Hammers for Liberators it will be Glaives otherwise the Liberators get swords)

Another option is to convert some Liberators with Lightning Spears/Bows for a shooting upgrade/artifact/allied unit and to add some Naids (the original ones) to get all 4 elements in the list (water will be missing otherwise)

2x Naiad Heartpiercers Troops
3x Earth Elemental Horde
2x Fire Elemental Regiment
2x Air Elemental Regiment
2x Beast of Nature with Lightning Bolt
2x Druid with Surge & Bane Chant

Dig the theme, both list-wise and modeling. Proteus' stonecast are a great inspiration for sure.

On the list, my main thought is that elemental regiments are a bit meh, at least the slow ones, and specifically fire ones. I run 4-5 hordes of them and while they can certainly do work, it's frustratingly based on dice, thanks to that 4+ to hit. I'd really recommend hording them out, which also means they can do line duty and not just rely on the (even slower and pillowier fisted) earthers.

Here's my take:

Naiad Heartpiercers Troop
Naiad Heartpiercers Troop
Earth Elementals Horde
Earth Elementals Horde
Fire Elementals Horde
Fire Elementals Horde
Air Elementals Regiment
Air Elementals Regiment
Druid - Surge (7), Bane Chant (2), Heal (2)
Druid - Surge (7), Bane Chant (2), Heal (2)
Forest Warden - Surge (3), Inspiring Talisman
Beast of Nature - Lightning Bolt (6)
Beast of Nature - Lightning Bolt (6)

Main difference is dropping a third earth horde to upgrade the fire regiments, and then picking up a newly improved forest warden to a) get you more inspiring, b) get you more surge, and c) provide a great counts as stormcast hero statline. 40mm base, decently hitty + survivable all say armored bro to me. A relictor would work great for him, with the caveat that I think you should use something similar to the heartpiercers for your druids (or like Empire wizards or something? If you want to maintain the Warhammer bit). I'm also not sure how a relictor fits on a 20mm base!

the 20mm base for the Relictor is not an issue as I can model him standing on a stone or small tree like base that gets wider on the top (and I don't want to go more Warhammer but more Mantic) but maybe I get my hands on some of the Dungeon Saga Naids for a Druid

Forest Warden is a good idea

I have to test the 3 Earth Elemental Hordes VS 2 Earth+2 Fire on what I really like more.

The other idea would be to take Water Elementals and Salamanders as Troops but than I would miss the shooting option
