Having read the Vigilus book I want to use the wraithost detachment and I have read of people using the spirit shield strat on wraith knights.

The detachment says you use a CP to give one of you detachments spirit seers and wraith constructs the "wraith host" key word, the spirit shield strat then says pick a "Wraith host wraith construct" unit within 6" of a friendly wraith host spirit seer.

Based on that, I can not see how people are using this strat on wraith knights? Wraith knights will need to be in a super heavy aux detachment and no access to this strat?

I very rarely play games above 1250 and have no toys for those points so never really looked at the supreme command detachment.

Think the strat is better used on wraith guard personally.
