Hi All,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this.

But has anyone successfully bought anything from Artel?
I ordered something mid December and it's been "Processing" since then. I know there is a production time to take into account for resin models, but just wondering if I should be worrying.

I’ve order from artel 3 times and every time I have received my stuff. Travel time is long and I ordered the Ork war boss from him in November and got it end of December almost January. I follow him on Facebook and he is swamped from the holidays. I think it’s a small operation so that can delay things even more.

Drop him an email, he is fast to respond and I know he post here on Dakka as well.

You’ll be fine, I had ordered the now OOP inquisitor bundles with the awesome pre disability Ravenor; arrived about a month later; sometimes if you had ordered a certain popular item it may be back logged a bit. He had put out longer delay notices on FB when it happens. Not surprised that there is a delay due to the holidays and their sale.

Yup, they're not the fastest, but without using super-expensive courier services international post times of up to a month are not at all unusual, so no complaints there.

Both of my orders so far have been sent registered mail, packed securely (in their wonderful paper-wrapped, wax-sealed packaging ) and the casts have been flawless. Big fan of these guys.

I suspect that right now they'll be working through a backlog from Christmas, which will slow things down a little, but if you're concerned just send them an email.

I got the newest model they make for not Cherubael and it is a fantastic miniature.

I can't say how long the post was as my sister got it for me as a Christmas gift. But I can say that I did get it and the quality is great.

He has a storefront on etsy and that's how she got it.

I'll vouch for them too. Ordered a couple of their commissars. Took a while but it's worth the wait. Also the packaging definitely deserves some kudos, actually felt bad about opening it.

Gorgeous models, I get lots of compliments on my commissar and his aide.

The Battle Barge Buffet Line

I'm a little late to the party but I've also had very positive experiences with them. It took a while to get my stuff but it was after they discontinued most of their figs due to GW's involvement and there was a huge rush to order before the cutoff. The figs are top notch!
