The generals don’t doubt his loyalty – only the length of his arm. So he sits a desk and pushes paper at Army HQ. He yet work out.
He can bring his personal retinue of lancers and some lesser cavalry. As for the rest, Stepan can bring his hoards of horse archers. They should be invaluable on such a trip
