This list give me a grand total of 13 command points to use. With the new beta rules for bolters I feel much more confident in CSM. I plan to put 2 units of csm in one rhino, while the other rhino will have a unit of chosen and 1 CSM unit. The fire raptor is possibly the only thing I'm worried about I have never played with one before and I am anxious to see how it fairs on the battlefield.

I’ve been toying with putting together a night lords force, but will be going completely different route with raptors and dreads with butchers to try to make use of the leadership manipulation. What made you choose night lords for the csm force? Cool to see so many marines in a list btw.

Honestly, dreads work very well but raptors are so underwhelming. The night Lords leadership manipulation gimmick is not something you want to invest points in as a viable strategy. There are to many armies that are not effected by morale for this to be viable. I have always been into the Night Lords from a lore stand point even though they get the shaft quite often. Running double battalion detachments gives you a lot of command points to work with for the slaneesh strategem to fire twice and allows you to use veterans of the long war and in midnight clad.
